Recruiter will perform full life cycle recruiting functions for both commercial and federal roles
Source and review resumes for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
Responsible for candidate recruitment and retention: source, evaluate, and review potential IT candidates utilizing cold calls, job boards, social networking and internal database, etc.,
Interview prospective IT candidates to assess skill set, work history, and pay requirements
Responsible for developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified IT talent to submit to current and future client base.
Solicit and document hiring manager and candidate feedback throughout the interview process.
Maintain the applicant tracking system.
Performs detailed reference checksRequirements:
3+ years of experience recruiting for IT positions
1+ years of experience recruiting for government contracts
Strong communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize and handle projects independently
Education/Certification Requirement: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent
