Day-to-day Responsibilities
  • assign desktop/laptop break/fix tickets,
  • IMAC tickets,
  • imaging new computers,
  • server smart hands tickets,
  • network smart hands tickets, and
  • any other IT related needs the client may have at this site.

TOP 2 required skills that candidates must have:

  • Able to work on a very wide variety of IT equipment from laptops, desktops, servers and networks
  • Think on their own and work without day to day management or supervision.


  • At least 5 years experience is preferred with A+ certification and Lenovo certified would be a plus.

Hardware/Software Support Experience

  • Deskside Support Experience *
  • Desktop Break/Fix Experience *
  • Laptop Break/Fix Experience *
  • Networking Experience *
  • Printer Break/Fix Experience *
  • Server Break/Fix Experience *

Work Schedule

  • Hours: 8 -5 Monday - Friday with little to no OT.

Nice to Have Certification

  • CompTIA A+ *
  • CompTIA Network + *
  • CompTIA Server + *
  • IBM/Lenovo Laptop/Desktop Warranty Certified *
