Reporting to the IT Solutions Delivery Manager, this key role is responsible for the technical and integration maintenance of technical initiatives and projects. Provides knowledge and expertise in a broad spectrum of technologies including servers, storage, backup systems, networking, and security at a Tier 3 level. Serves as an escalation point for technical issues related to new initiatives in operations as well as to the operational infrastructure already in place.
Communicate technical knowledge and expertise to other professionals, regulators and credit union staff
Knowledge of Information Technology environments, support and technologies.
Extensive (Tier 3 Level) knowledge of PC, server, network, storage, and backup technologies.
