Project/Office Administrator Needed!
Filing, answering phones (minimal), weekly billing, creating time sheet and purchase orders, creating job orders in company database, weekly tracking of time sheets, working with administrative team at home office as well as working with any team members on site. Entering of data into Word, Excel, and company database as well as emailing/company correspondence through Outlook. Will report to the project manager.
- Experienced working in the field as an office clerk or office administrator.
- Possess strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and be a self-starter.
- Exhibit a customer service attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites including Excel, Word, Outlook.
Location: Northwest side of Atlanta
Hourly Pay: $15
Contract: 12 months
