Our client is looking for a Help Desk Tech to support customer rollout of MacBook's. The Technician must be proficient in MacBook and be able to support users via phone. Tech will be working a queue and supporting customers via outbound calls. Will not be receiving calls directly from end users. Most important skills: Background in the support of MacBook's and ability to provide end user support 100% via phone.
