S a Senior Technical Recruiter you will be responsible for providing highly qualified candidates with various skillets and levels to supported hiring managers for their open positions. You will be required to work closely with the Director of Recruiting, other company recruiters, recruiting assistants and your hiring managers to understand their business needs and to provide a sound strategy on how to staff their positions. Some travel will be required for this position. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units.Develop strong relationships and partner with hiring manager and business leaders. Work closely with Hiring Managers to maximize effectiveness of recruiting processDevelop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies utilizing all tools such as direct sourcing, online resume databases, social networking, and job eventsWork with hiring managers to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria. Regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process. Will take positive steps to support and promote the recruitment, retention and development programs for Native Alaskan shareholders Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience5 plus years of Staffing/ Recruitment experience3 years corporate recruiting experience with a government contractor.Experience using a variety of online recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (Taleo experience is a plus).Strong understanding and ability to recruit at all levels of the organization from entry level to corporate staff. Knowledge of EEO, ADA and OFCCP requirementsExcellent interpersonal skills, communication skills and team based project experience. Decisive ability to shift priorities and function effectively in a dynamic fast paced work culture. Strong understanding of the recruiting aspects involved in the Government proposal environment. Flexibility to work surge hours as required during proposal time frames. Clear understanding of the end to end recruitment life-cycle processes.
