3 months contract-to-hire position for a Level 2 Service Desk Technician in Fort Mill, SC
This team will be used to support the client’s Level 2 Service Desk. You will be responsible for providing technical assistance to all Level I Service Desk Agents. When needed these agents will also need to answer calls or work email tickets.
