    • Mobile devices (Tablets, Mifi’s and Smartphones)
    • Network troubleshooting from PC to wall jack
    • Software Issues
  • Manage Smartphones and tablets via IBM MaaS360
  • Hardware:
    • HP Probook 650’s
    • HP x360’s
    • HP Elitedesk 800’s
    • MS Surface Pro’s
    • Various desktop scanners
  • Work on various projects and assist with deskside and deployment team if needed
