This is for a Deskside support position. Candidate must have an excellent communication skills and must have worked in a corporate environment before. Can you give me a quick overview of the assignment, and why you’re looking to bring on a contractor? This is for a deskside support position to replace a person who was recently terminated. What will the primary day-to-day responsibilities entail for this person? laptop break fix/ software issues What will the typical work schedule be and will there be any overtime or oncall hours? 8 - 5, Monday thru Friday, occasional overtime, No oncall hours How many overall years of experience should this person have and do they need any specific certifications?
