This is an entry level enterprise position, candidate will be responsible to manage and coordinate the implementation of change requests and tasks, and ensuring priority tickets are managed and transitioned through the various infrastructure environments correctly. Elimination of risks during complex, scheduled tasks is a top priority, looking for 6 months to 1 year of experience with change management or coordination and a little bit of tech experience with service/help desk. Needs some MS Excel knowledge. Candidate needs to have good organization and customer service skills. Experience with ServiceNow is a big plus. High School/GED and prefer some college experience or tech training.Summary: The Change Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating the implementation of Change requests and tasks, and ensuring priority tickets are managed and transitioned through the various infrastructure environments correctly. Elimination of risks during complex, scheduled tasks is a top priority Additionally the Change Coordinator will be an essential point of contact to establish and support the implementation of tasks requested through changes. He or she will also ensure appropriate standard operating procedure documentation is part of the change tasks being implemented by his or her team, and that all required teams are involved in change task implementation. He or she will hold daily calls or face to face meetings with technical resources across the enterprise environment to ensure the tasks requested contain the appropriate steps and responsibilities for each technical or testing teams are clearly defined. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, specifically dealing with staff at all levels and other parts of the COMPANY, and with external contacts. Excellent documentation skills with experience of creating support documentation for users and the Operations Team. Excellent administration skills with an eye for detail and self-motivated. Proven ability to show resiliency and be able to priorities key activities within the business while managing stakeholder expectations. The candidate should have at least a year of experience with change, project management and/or coordination. A year as a systems, network, or storage administrator also desired due to the technical skill needed to identify risks
