Catapult Staffing is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support their client located in Pinellas Park, FL.  In this role the successful candidate will answer phones, organize and schedule appointments, plan meetings and take minutes, prepare correspondence, develop and maintain filing system, order office supplies, book travel arrangements, submit and reconcile expense reports.  You must have 1+ years of administrative experience, knowledge of office equipment, proficiency in MS Office and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
