Tier II Technical Support

As one of our Network Administrators, we will trust you to do what you do best: solve complex, time-sensitive network and computer system issues for your clients. Supported by our full back office team you won’ t have to focus on administrative or sales tasks.

You will:
  • Identify client needs. Design, propose, and implement solutions.
  • Manage or coordinate installations, upgrades, or deployment projects— including providing on-site direction for additional network engineers.
  • Assist other Networks Administrators and Techs with projects, as a direct participant, and lend your unique areas of expertise when required. 

Additionally, you will have time and access to learn about new and evolving technologies, and improve yourself through certifications and advanced training. 

Job Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server OS 2003/2008/2012
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Desktop OS XP/Vista/7/8/10
  • Experience with managing Active Directory, Group Policy, TCP/IP Networking, VPNs, DNS, & DHCP
  • Experience with router configurations, SonicWALL experience a plus
  • Experience with Hyper-V and/or Vmware implementation and management
  • Experience with Exchange email server or hosted exchange services (Office 365, Intermedia, etc)
  • Strong customer service and personal communication skillset.
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Identify client needs.  Design, propose, and implement solutions.
  • Independently troubleshoot, research, and implement solutions for customer’ s issues.
  • MCSA/MCSE Certification preferred
