Technical Customer Service Rep
Catapult Staffing is currently seeking a Technical Customer Service Rep for our client located in Wilmington, DE. In this role the successful candidate will have previous experience working within a technical customer service role with remote troubleshooting, tier one help desk support and excellent customer service skills. This is a contract to perm role for the right candidate paying 14/hr, Candidates will be working 4 10 hour shifts with working either Saturday or Sunday.
