Catapult is partnering with a Multi-national IT Consulting Firm in Orlando, FL to provide a Service Center Manager to work in the fast-growing IT market!

 

What You’ ll Do

To deliver our exceptional services, we need a leader to build and manage a team of associates focused on delivering a positive customer experience.  That’ s where you come in!

 

Our Service Center Manager will drive execution of end-to-end operations, sales plan of grand design, and exceptional fulfillment services from all divisions of the store.

 

Run the store— open, close, place orders, offsite presence
  • You are the example— provide an impeccable customer experience while staying loyal to our core values
  • Tech Guru— you are the go-to for all break/fix, selling points, technical advice, etc.
  • Monitor and analyze performance of personnel, reviewing response times, problem logs, and trends in problems reported
  • Stay current on all products and services, market trends, and what’ s happening in your community
  • Facilitate and develop growth— for yourself, for your team, for the company

 

In short, you manage, delegate, and execute as the leader and core example at your Tech-Zone Service Center.

 

Who you’ ll Work With

As a Service Center Manager, you’ ll play a crucial role in the management of our Service Center on the ground floor. You’ ll work to build local brand and foster an impeccable reputation within the local community. You’ ll work with local small business owners, IT Managers, and key decision makers to sell the value of our unparalleled services and solutions.  Internally, you’ ll oversee store operations and work to motivate, evaluate, and communicate with all personnel that have interaction within the center.

 

Who You Are

Experienced
  • College Degreed (or equivalent related experience)— technical or business specialized
  • Retail Background
  • Currently have 4-6 years of related IT experience, 2-4 years of supervisory/management experience
  • Influential
  • Relatable and responsible when interacting with business owners, technical resources, and managers
  • Lead— you are the example for customer experience, building relationships, dedication to the product— set the standard to perfection
  • Align the team behind the vision: Inspire and motivate
  • Be someone that people WANT to work for.

Communicator
  • Able to transform technical IT solutions lingo into terms everyone understands
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Relatable and responsible when interacting with business owners, technical resources, and managers
  • Unshakable— all interaction with you is comfortable and calm

 

Analytical
  • Directly align business operations to meet financial goals
  • Ability to review and analyze service logs and create a plan of action to be better than you were yesterday
  • Study— customers, personnel, management— be the catalyst to making the experience better for all

Blythe is originally from the San Antonio, TX area but mostly grew up in the California Bay Area. She attended UC Davis where she majored in Neurobiology, Physiology and Behavior. Blythe began her career in medical supply sales right out of college. She transitioned to the pharmaceutical industry where she worked for almost 6 years as a sales representative. In 2015, her and her husband relocated to Charlotte where Blythe decided to try out a new career in recruiting! Fun facts: Blythe and her husband participate in the sport of Curling. She loves to travel and has a 6-year old dog named Milly!
