Responsible for support of company products and systems.
Provides technical support in presentations, demonstrations, installation and maintenance of company products to ensure the systems is functioning according to specifications.
Systems integrator participate with the customer in the strategic design process.
Responsible for the technical correctness and completeness of integrated systems designs.
The Specialist Level works on assignments of a diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
Applies wide application of theories, concepts, and principals in identifying customer needs and defining support systems.
Provides significant support in areas such as research and feasibility studies, tradeoff analyses, operation studies, design reviews, and technical briefings.
Provides technical software advice for complex systems.
Makes decisions on operating procedures and analytical approaches.
Requires 7-10 years of related work experience, or Bachelor’ s degree, or technical training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in servicing personal computer hardware and software required with a working knowledge of local and wide area networks, communications and host connectivity.
Strong analytical skills and customer service abilities.
Employees working on client accounts must possess A+ certification.
Should be a
Certified Novel Engineer (CNE)
and certified in either
OS2, MicroSoft, UNIX/AIX, 3Com or
In addition should have excellent working knowledge of two to three PC software applications.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides individual or project lead support for complex multi-system installations with software, business, and management considerations.
Provides leadership, technical assistance and guidance with request for proposals.
Prepares proposal requests such as benchmark studies, bid specifications, solution development, work steps, and cost projections.
Ability to understand and explain innovative and cost effective solutions using integrated data processing and communication solutions.
Ensures design proposals meet customer needs and monitors implementation for technical correctness.
Provides services to customers including identifying needs, developing, and implementing proposals.
Develops information technology architecture and systems solutions. 1-3 years experience.
