Our Store Associates sell through inspiration, gain information by building relationships with the customer, and are skilled at asking customers the right questions. They listen intently and give the customer the confidence they need to make the best product decision. 


Essential Role Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm and interest for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming and consultative experience
  • Provide excellence in customer service including product information and appropriate follow-up
  • Support the Store Manager in maintaining the standards of presentation and product care
  • Foster and support a collaborative and open environment
  • Ability to recommend and up-sell our products
  • Self-directed and able to work independently
  • Ability to develop interpersonal skills and capabilities through on-going training, as provided by the company
  • Special duties as assigned by Store Manager
  • Maintain a consistently neat and professional appearance in accordance  with company dress code standards
  • Ensure all safety and security rules are followed


Role Requirements
  • 1-3 years retail sales experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience) with high-end luxury and/or custom products
  • Strong ability to connect with customers, build trust, and foster relationships.
  • Flexibility in work schedule reflecting the needs and patterns of  store hours

Danelle started her recruitment career in the small-town community of Boerne, Texas with a local agency that catered to San Antonio and its surrounding areas. Since she managed the office, she learned all aspects of recruiting from the ground up, and was carefully groomed by the owner. After 5 years, she wanted to grow and cultivate her skills in the San Antonio marketplace. She accepted a position with KForce with their Direct Placement team which broadened her exposure and allowed her to specialize in the Accounting and Finance industry. She was recruited out by Staff Force, where she managed the San Antonio location and helped to increase their sales activity. An unexpected move to the Dallas area has brought Danelle to Catapult Staffing where her command of her industry can be expounded. Fun Facts: Danelle is originally from Southern California and has two dogs--Romeo and Browning.
