Member Service Agent
Candidate will be getting calls from members to upgrade, change, add to their service.
1/2 of the day they will be dealing with processing mail, return mail and documents. The other 1/2 they will be taking calls.
Candidate must be comfortable with computer systems (dual monitors, toggling back and forth) and must be supportive of a member-based company.
Looking for candidates who have customer service experience. These individuals are the 1st contact for members.
Once candidate is converted permanent, there are incentive opportunities throughout the year.
Hours are M-F 9: 30-6: 00
