Essential Functions

·         Provides IT governance, including providing leadership and direction in the support and utilization of the technology capabilities of the organization.

·         Develop, maintain, and enforce system standards.

·         Analyze complex business needs presented by the organization and recommends technical solutions.

·         Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, upgrade and support of all IT systems, including telecommunications/UC, servers, PCs, operating systems, other related hardware, software, and security tools.

·         Benchmark, analyze, report on, and make recommendations for the improvement and growth of the IT infrastructure and associated systems.

·         Manage current-state data management, reporting tools, and data operations

·         Must be able to design, build and maintain applications as needed.  This is a hands-on position.

·         Provide relevant support for EDI, both B2B and B2C.

·         Implement IT Service Management efficiencies across the organization, including associated dashboards reflecting progress and key performance metrics.

·         Manage third party suppliers that provide hands-on support to end users for software and hardware issues.

·         Monitor functioning of equipment to ensure architecture operates in conformance with designed specifications.

·         Maintain up-to-date skills and expertise in the operations and of all hardware and software programs

·         Manage the implementation and testing of disaster recovery plans in the event of a disaster or emergency that interrupts normal information system operations.

·         Participate in the financial management planning for IT Operations.

 

Competencies

·         Technical capability. This role may require hands-on experience on occasion.

·         Exposure to: NetSuite (or similar ERP), machine/compute-based agents, Java-Script, data management, and mainstream networking principles.

·         Previous experience with Windows Server, Windows Desktop, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, MS SQL, ETL technologies, virtual environment deployment and management, Cisco LAN/WAN, Cisco Telephony/UC, information security tools/suites, and IT Service management tools.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to translate technical knowledge into actionable direction. This includes ability to develop action plans and execute against those plans.

·         Experience designing, building and implementing KPI dashboards.

·         Strong customer-service discipline and a can-do, deliver-with-a-sense-of-urgency attitude.

·         Experience managing small data center desired.

Supervisory Responsibility
  • Manage and lead a team comprised of both full-time and supplemental technical staff/managed services providers to support the company' s technology
  • Ability to lead and motivate individuals and teams to achieve program and project objectives.

Required Education and Experience

Bachelor’ s degree in Information Systems, Business, Communications, or related field

8-10 years of relevant technical experience

Experience designing and deploying enterprise-level architectures in a fast-paced environment.

Hannah was born and raised in Burleson, TX with her two sisters and parents. She moved to Stephenville, TX to attend Tarleton State University on a cheerleading scholarship. While at Tarleton she met her husband through mutual friends and athletics. They now live in Wills Point, TX where they are renovating a house. Right after graduating college, Hannah jumped into sales; three years of sales experience and a year and a half in IT staffing. In her spare time, she competes on a Worlds Cheerleading team.
