3 months contract-to-hire position for a Help Desk Support Technician I in Louisville, Kentucky
Here are the shifts currently that we need in order of importance:
1. Mon-Thur overnights 9p-7: 30a (4 ten hour days, 3 off each week)
2. Sat-Tues 11am-10pm (4 ten hour days, 3 off each week)
3. Sat-Tues 10am-9pm (4 ten hour days, 3 off each week)
4. Tues-Fri overnights 9p-7: 30am (4 ten hour days, 3 off each week)
5. Mon-Fri with start time between 7am – 4: 30
6. Mon-Fri 8am – 5pm
7. Mon-Fri 11am – 8pm
8. Mon-Fri 7/8 am – 4: 30/5 pm
· Provides support to end users on a variety of issues.
· Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
· Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support.
· Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
· May require an associate' s degree in a related area and entry level to 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
· Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
· Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
· May involve use of problem management databases and help desk system.
· Works under immediate supervision.
