6 months contract-to-hire position for a Field Service Technician I in West Point, Pennsylvania

This is for a Deskside support position. Candidate must have an excellent communication skills and must have worked in a corporate environment before. Can you give me a quick overview of the assignment, and why you’ re looking to bring on a contractor? This is for a deskside support position to replace a person who was recently terminated. What will the primary day-to-day responsibilities entail for this person? laptop break fix/ software issues What will the typical work schedule be and will there be any overtime or oncall hours? 8 - 5, Monday thru Friday, occasional overtime, No oncall hours How many overall years of experience should this person have and do they need any specific certifications? Must have some corporate experience (at least two years). A+ certification is preferred but not mandatory. Please list your TOP 2 required skills that candidates must have 1.) Excellent communication skills 2.) Knlowledge of Lenovo laptops and Windows OS.
