This position is located in Grand Rapids, MI. The majority of the work is centered around that zip code in an 80-mile radius. Would be best to be at the center or within the radius | Primary Function of Team - This team does field support work for approximately 100 clients in the Metro Grand Rapids area, but this position will focus heavily on XEROX Printers - Tech should have at least one year of Xerox printer experience. We will also consider candidates that have multiple years of experience with other model printers. Basically, need someone with printer experience, Xerox preferred. Primary work duties will include Xerox Printer Repair - and some laptop, desktop, and printer support. | Interview Process - Phone screen (about 30 minutes long) | Work Schedule - M-F 8-5, Rotating on-call schedule which includes weekends and holidays. Overtime situations are evaluated and approved where needed. On-call is overtime as it occurs after hours and on the weekends. | Top 3 Must Haves - 1.) CompTIA A+ is required (will reject anyone that lacks this) 2.) Xerox Printer Repair Experience 3.) Desktop and laptop OEM support Manager is looking for a professional self-starter, able to work without constant supervision and has a sense of urgency
