Catapult Staffing is currently Technical Rep/Customer Service Rep for our client located in Wilmington, DE. In this role the successful candidate will have had previous experience supporting IT hardware, troubleshooting ATMS, excellent customer service handling inbound and outbound calls. This is a contract position paying 15/hr. Training will be done M-F for 3 weeks from 8am to 5pm and then the hours will be 8am-9PM 4 days a week after that.
