Looking for positive, energetic, conversational people with good customer service skills. Call center and customer service experienced preferred but not required.
Company does customer service solutions for apartment communities.
No experience required, they just want positive, energetic people.
Pay - $14/hr, $16/hr for bilingual. Once perm they stay the same. There is a $2 shift differential for anyone on the 3pm to midnight shift. Contractors will not be on this. Once perm they are eligible for a monthly bonus of $550 based on 5 categories. If they score perfect their bonus will be $632.50 for the month. On average each person gets an additional $450/month.
Will train for 3 weeks M-F 8-5. After that they will move to 1 of 3 shifts...10am - 7pm, 11am - 8pm, and 12pm - 9pm. They will rotate days every month meaning they will have 2 days a week off but those 2 days will rotate every month.
First week of training is classroom. They will take 6 tests
Second week is role plays
Third week is in the bays making calls.

******We must give them 3 tests from ProveIt and send scores to client:
1. Call center customer service scenarios
2. Call center data entry / audio
3. Call center inbound sales skills
They prefer candidates not have choppy work history. Retail people tend to work well also.
Important - for the interview, they will hold an Info Session for all candidates for about 1 hour, then will meet with team leads for their actual interview. They will interview in the order they show up. IF THEY ARE LATE THEY WILL NOT BE INTERVIEWED.
