6 month contract to hire
Applies the use of process improvement, reengineering methodologies and principles to conduct process modernization projects.
Ability to create business process documents and artifacts for a technology team
Supports activity and data modelling, development of modern business methods, identification of best practices and creating and assisting performance measurement.
Provides group facilitation, interviewing, training and additional forms of knowledge transfer.
Ability to transform verbal and written information into meaningful requirements that will be iterated
Ability to create work products such as process flows, procedure templates, communication artifacts

Ability to work through ambiguity to define work deliverables
Critical Thinking skills
Self-led individual that can collaborate with others in an iterative, agile delivery process
Must be a team player, proactive, and possess excellent problem solving and organizational skills
Must be able to think strategically, act tactically, deal effectively with competing priorities and deadlines, and be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Highly developed communication skills
Proficient in Visio, MS Word, SharePoint
Experience with writing procedures is critical
Experience with ITIL is a plus
Experience with global process redesign is a plus
Change management experience a plus
